"One of my rentals had a hot water supply line bust and the first place I called was Pace Plumbing. I never had any previous experience with them and with any plumbing issues you can count on spending big bucks. I was amazingly surprised at the reasonable prices that they offered me. They gave me a choice of 2 different ways that they can do the repair so I knew that there was a less expensive alternative if need be. They were prompt and kept me informed of everything that was going on. They contacted Stanley Steamer on my behalf and had the dry out process started on the same day of the incident. Ryley assured me that they would take care of everything. With a huge job like that, it was nice to have someone on the other end of the phone giving me reassurance. Normally, I would be stressing out but the attitude of the tech was so calming. He stayed on the phone with me answering all my questions with patience and understanding. He made a huge difference in how I have handled this situation. Thank you so very much for all your help, Ryley. I will definitely go to them for all my future plumbing needs!"

"Earlier I posted a negative review of this business because I felt I was charged an unfair amount and was not informed that I would be charged such an amount. After that review , Pace Plumbing contacted me to try to help make things right. That gesture meant a lot and went a long way towards keeping me as a customer. I felt heard and felt like the company cared about me as an individual, not just as a dollar sign. I retract my earlier review:) Sam C"

"Making an appointment was easy and the technicians showed up on time. They were very professional and located the leak in our wall very quickly without doing much cutting of the drywall. Best of all the bill was super reasonable! We will use them again in the future."
